Nothing about the building it’s self but the location is great
Falling apart, vermin problem, owners aren’t kind to tenants, hard to reach. They give minimal heat, they don’t fix anything.
Be humane! Give heat, fix things when they break, communicate, don’t get upset with tenants when the request heat.
