    Pros:
    Friendly neighbors, decent space for some apartments, good water pressure in the shower
    Cons:
    Garbage is left outside of the incinerator everyday, there are rodents and roaches everywhere, management takes quite some time to respond to requests, lobby is always dirty, constant package theft
