    ok apartment size
    Cons:
    bad area lots of smoking drugs inside building and smelling up apartment and blasting music into the night also full of roaches and has mice
    Advice to owner:
    get a exterminator which knows how to do his job and get rid of the druggies

    Adequate apt but building could be better kept

    Rooms in apt are a nice size. Plenty of space for all your furniture especially if you work from home.
    Cons:
    The front door of the building is constantly left open. Hallways and elevators are not cleaned daily.
    Advice to owner:
    Getting a better front door with strong lock.
