Drugs are being sold in the building. 795,797,799 Not a safe place to live

Pros:
There isn’t anything I like
Cons:
People hanging out on the stoop sailing drugs . Blocked door to prevent people that live there coming in. These people don’t even live on the block
Advice to owner:
They need to kick the guy Dumont aka Gregory and the boy Micheal out the building will be a little better
