Landlord is a creep
Pros
If you like constantly having your house flooding, filed with every rodent imaginable, having to argue with your landlord for any and everything and having a creepy figure perched outside the building, it’s great !!
Cons
-the landlord (a creep) -no heat -no sound proofing -roaches/mice/water-bugs -everything broken and janky -crappy plumbing -slanted floors and doors -landlord recording you leaving and entering the house -landlord creeping up your stairs
