Building is fine, landlord is unkind, gets LOUD

Pros

Large open layout Newly remodeled bathrooms Laundry down the hall

Cons

Cockroaches have a large presence in the summer especially, even on the third floor Laundry sometimes wouldn't work and machine would take your money Have to follow up constantly to get anything done

Not an easy place to live

Pros

It's very large, and units have a lot of natural light typically due to large windows.

Cons

Also due to large windows, it gets extremely hot and cold, and since the unit is so large, it is enormously expensive to control the temperature. The gas was also shut off for a long time, and it was extremely hard to live there. I think they added electric heaters of some kind later on, but I moved out so I don't know.
