Not bad / not amazing, could be worse

Pros:
decent landlord, responsive, helps out
Cons:
took 3 months to fix hot water, smelled like gas for a minute
Advice to owner:
not the worst

Pros:
Clean, no pests of any kind, central a/c
Cons:
Laundry was expensive and machines barely worked, noises outside extremely loud due to high traffic street
Advice to owner:
Fix the dryers please
