Great location, terrible management
Pros
Great neighbors, great neighborhood, good amenities on paper. It's nice to have laundry and big space.
Cons
Ronen Ben-Josef "owns" the building but he is entirely MIA. Teresa at Park House Management company is our contact person and she is responsive but clueless. There are two supers and they do the most they can with not great management.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive.

As bad as it gets
Pros
Nice location in bed stuy
Cons
Had 6 breaks ins in 2 years, 3 laptops stolen, because of broken building door that landlord refused to fix. Came home to an eviction notice because management lost our cashiers check for the security deposit, which we repeatedly showed records of to Managment, but took 6 months and hours on the phone with them to get them to stop harassing us about it

Get a new job
