Pros:
Great water pressure Industrial grade toilet Large rooms Clean lobby Trash and Recycling well maintained 2 building doors Working intercom Quiet neighborhood Close to 2 large supermarkets and a couple gyms Surrounded by local businesses
Cons:
A/C units aren’t installed by owner
Advice to owner:
Do a better job at communicating when heat or water is being shut off for maintenance
