First apartment. Not the worst. Not the best.

Pros:
Close to train. Good space. The superintendent (Rick) was good.
Cons:
Smelly, trash cans left in hallway, rats in hallway because of trash. Bug/roach issue in apartment.
Advice to owner:
Care about the tenants more?!!

Avoid at all costs

Honestly nothing at all
Cons:
Zero landlord/ super responsiveness wait days to weeks for maintenance requests. Was able use a metrocard to bypass front door locks. Hallways are not cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Get a management company
