Nothing much to complain about. Loud street with thin walls, but fine overall.

Pros:
Individual heating/cooling units, easy to clean surfaces. Spacious enough rooms. Did not have any problems with responsivenss from the owner.
Cons:
Very thin walls/loud neighbors. Could hear everything my upstairs neighbors did. Construction happening right outside my window meant there were construction workers literally looking into my window early in the morning.
