Renters approve of the building's owners
Landlord is the best I've had in years of living in NYC. They're responsive and actually care about their tenants. Apartments themselves have high ceilings and get very good natural daylighting.
The lack of a dedicated garbage area and a package delivery system are the biggest two downsides. No amenities, but that's to be expected at Brooklyn brownstone scale.
