Pros:
Lived here 2018-2020 and at least then it was a good value for money. My unit had in-unit laundry and other than the inevitable noise from Bedford Ave, I had a good experience!
Cons:
No dishwasher, occasional pest or two, and sometimes fishy smell from adjacent restaurant, but no major issues.
