    Water pressure in the kitchen, Optimum Internet bad, no elevator, package thief

    New building A/C silent High ceiling 8 apt only Modern No keys (door code)
    Cons:
    The management The code key door Poor isolation (cold-heat) Loud (outside & neighbors) No closet
    Advice to owner:
    Change your management. It’s a disaster. Windows need a better isolation Laundry (1 machine) always out of order Building always dirty. Need a real super.
