Nice place nice location

Pros:
Love the layout - dishwasher is good you’re right on bedford so only 15 minutes to Williamsburg and only 20 minutes to Fulton station
Cons:
Management isn’t as responsive as they could be but they’re not bad. Will raise price of apartment by a crazy amount even though I’ve lived here for two years.
Advice to owner:
Don’t raise rent

Cheap student apartment with non responsive management

Pros:
Close to the A/C trains,
Fully renovated
Cons:
Management takes forever to fix any issues (if they ever do). They don't reply to emails or calls and haven't returned the security deposit after a month. Security cameras never work. The basement entrance is always dirty and gets infested with flies
- Huge units with tons of tiny bedrooms, none with good window views
- Ceiling leaked for months
- People from the street entered the basement and left feces everywhere
