Hard-earned peace at 146
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tenants of this building who have lived here for more than 3 years know that just a decent landlord can make all the difference in quality of life, even in a building that’s not the most well-maintained. Gus is a fair, responsive and kind landlord, which is a major departure from the horrors of the previous landlords who used cruel and sometimes criminal means to try to evict tenants. We finally feel some sense of peace in this building.
