Worst landlord for luxury building in Brooklyn

Pros:
Building management was excellent and staff was great . This is a condo owned building so we rented directly from the owner.
Cons:
Rat infestation outside, dated interior
Advice to owner:
Be a respectful human being and responsible landlord. Your number one concern is cost, not the safety of your tenants.
