Good location but not without problems

Floors, kitchen design, character
Cons:
Door lock often broken, slow response time for repairs, above a restaurant, highway very close

Decent place poor management

Pros:
Apartments were renovated and clean.
Cons:
Super was never responsive. Super convinced all tenants to move bikes into his basement down the street while they were “painting and fixing the hallways” and ALL bikes were “stolen”. Ran by a big manage company who doesn’t care about your well-being. Just want to make money. You can never speak to 1 person. Just a bunch of button pushers. The trash situation is disgusting. Just all by the door when walking in. No real trash bins. Rats everywhere and roaches. Management was no help during Covid. A lot of tenants had to break the lease and leave.
Advice to owner:
Get a real super. Take care of your tenants.

Mgmt company were the worst during COVID

The sun light, the renovations, the location, the new appliances, the water pressure and tub.
Cons:
Messy trash area, sketchy Mgmt company
Advice to owner:
To be more empathetic towards tenants when a world crisis occurs
