nice building ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
big windows in bedrooms, pretty quiet at the back, management was decently quick to respond
Cons:
sometimes garbage got a bit out of hand up front, new neighbors once we were leaving were a bit loud, no windows in living room for three beds, big rent hikes post covid
Advice to owner:
don’t raise rent so much

I wouldn't live here again.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building, balcony, rooftop, Central A/C
Cons:
Neighborhood has block parties until 2 AM. It gets super loud outside randomly throughout the year and folks park right outside the building to blast music. This is not their fault, this is really just a product of gentrification and an impossible housing market.
Building mates are generally cold to each other. No one ever even said hi to me or others.
The landlords break multiple housing laws. Definitely know your tenant rights.
