    Small and close community
    Rooftop
    Free in-building laundry
    Cons:

    Old and messy
    There were occasional cockroaches in the hallway (not my unit)
    Street noise from trucks driving over bumps

    Pros:
    Management is really responsive and the building is well maintained. Quiet and great location.
    Cons:
    Neighbors can be inconsiderate of shared spaces (i.e. hogging laundry all day)
