    Pros:
    Amazing space, lots of storage.
    Landlord super responsive and nice.
    Calm street, even though it’s near the BQE
    Cons:
    Old cabinets, but they’re in good shape.
    Organic waste management was awful.
    No secure mailboxes.
    Advice to owner:
    Get mailboxes with locks.

    Very spacious. Location. South facing windows with decent view.
    Cons:
    Noise from bqe
    Advice to owner:
    Perhaps install better noise blocking windows in bedrooms. Maybe remove or refuse awning on windows.
