really good price for the area, super close to the L train, nice sized apartments
management is super unresponsive, there was a break-in last year and they still refused to change the locks or code for the front door, a pipe froze and there was sewage in our bathrooms and no one was compensated, you basically need to file a complaint with NYC HPD for proper changes to be made
