Beware of this place

Pros:
Decently spacious and cheap enough
Cons:
A few unstable neighbors, ant problems, rats in the trash, mold, nearby buildings host loud parties, unresponsive landlord, does not give security deposit back, we will be taking them to small claims co
Advice to owner:
Try to attend to tenant issues when they’re brought up, instead of ignoring them.
