Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 206 Scholes Street in Brooklyn reveal mixed experiences. Tenants appreciate the natural light, spacious units, and responsive super. However, concerns include heating issues, unaddressed repairs, pest problems, and unresponsive management. The building's proximity to the subway is a plus, but persistent issues like roaches, poor heating, and slow response times indicate a need for significant renovations and improved management practices. Overall, while some positives exist, the multitude of unresolved issues and lack of proper upkeep hinder a smooth living experience, leading to hesitancy in recommending this building.

Lived here from 2018-2020. Not great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was cute. They had an exterminator come by regularly at no extra cost to tenants. Superintendent Angel was great at keeping the building clean and quickly fixing small repairs.
Cons:
Angry neighbors Party neighbors Gas didn’t work for months Cold AF in winter Leaky ceiling Landlord never fixed ANYTHING Exterminator was needed because there were roaches… the big ones Honestly… don’t rent from this building management company. I wouldn’t do it again.
Advice to owner:
Repair things in the building when your tenants bring it up to you. They never fixed an issue we brought up early on and it wound up causing much bigger issues down the road.
