Cool building. Decent management. Williamsburg prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building management is quite decent and responsive to issues. The building crowd is very cool. Good package handling.
Cons:
Building can be a bit janky. The neighborhood is cool and grungy but a bit oppressive to walk past a concrete mixer every day.

Not as bad as you’d tjink
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super Adam was really chill. I thought the landlord was fair but not friendly. The laundry in unit usually worked.
Cons:
The neighbors are rude and entitled NYC transplants.
Advice to owner:
None

Could be better could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty spacious loft apartments if you're lucky. Corner lofts have plenty of windows. In building washer and dryers.
Cons:
No rooftop access like McKibbin Lofts across the street. No system to buzz in guests.

Old shitty building that somehow gets worse with every renovation

Bed Bug Central/ Trash House
Former Tenant
Pros:
I saw Lindsay Lohan shooting something here once.
Cons:
I had to convince the landlord for 2 months there were bedbugs before they finally sent a tech. He kept sending the cleaning lady to inspect. UM is she a certified pest tech?! Is she constantly living in the nightmare of getting eaten alive at night!! It took 2 months of convincing and then another month of living out of garbage bags to get resolved. Beyond this, I was paired with a 40+ year old loser guy in a shitty rock band who only lived here to try to creep on young drunk girls. He eventually got kicked out for trying to grab my girlfriends breasts. What a moron. Noisy, absent landlord, gross kids who get rent paid by parents while “figuring life out”. Would not recommend.
Advice to owner:
Actually care about the people living in this building and who pay you an absurd amount to live in this junk place. Holes in the ceiling, alarms always going off, roaches, rats, bedbugs, holes in the walls, people on roof when there is no roof access. Hot mess

It was fine.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The owners are nice although I haven’t received my security deposit back even when I left the place good when I left. I hope to get this back. They are accommodating overall and always willing to help. Beautiful light in the apartment and giant windows. Close to the train and near a really nice little park.
Cons:
Lots of roaches. Saw a mouse in the middle of summer too even though I lived on the fifth floor. The backyard could be way better for the price of the building. At least some seating. No roof access which sucks. Not very lively in this area and the grocery stores are all extremely expensive. Elevator is super slow. The super can be snarky for no real reason. Overall overpriced.

Could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments, close to subway
Cons:
Neverending construction in the building for unnecessary “improvements”, cockroaches, noisy furnaces, annoying neighbors blasting house music at all hours
