Pros:
Spacious and had sufficient heating
Cons:
Dealt with major roach problem. Garbage area also had frequent rats. Often had packages stolen. Street can often get noisy.

bugs bugs bugs

Pros:
neighbors are chill and it’s close to the subways
Cons:
bugs, 89 degrees inside over summer with fans and window ac, no vents over gas stove, bugs a lot of wholes where they come through, baby roaches, dirty common area, owner is not responsive
Advice to owner:
deal with the bugs have the holes closed up
