Very Reliable Management
Pros
The building management is great. They are always on site and very helpful. We would rent from them again any day. Any time we had an issue they always helped us very promptly. Rent is easy to drop off downstairs at the 99 cent store. The guys who work there are great.
Cons
The trash is a little awkward and slightly tight in the back area, but overall manageable.
Advice to the owners
Maybe think about getting all of the floors to match. It would help the apartments look a bit more put together and be more appealing to potential renters for fairly minimal investment.
