Good size apartment on a weird up & coming block

Pros:
Great space and price for the apartment. Heat works great. Some new appliances. The building smells clean and pest control comes every month. Brand new building right across the street with an urgent care.
Cons:
Landlord/management is a NIGHTMARE. If you need to contact them for any reason forget it because they’re never around and most of the phone numbers are disconnected or never get answered. The street is very busy and loud.. lots of neighbors shouting/hanging out and playing music early in the morning. Bike wheels and seat got stolen the same week I moved in. Some units in this building are rent stabilized.
