Beautiful light and superb location WASTED

Pros:
It’s a corner building that gets tons of light and is in an incredible location, literally feet from a grocery store. Not too many units so it’s usually pretty tame.
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t care about tenants or problems with building. We’ve had a broken front door for roughly 7 months now, occasionally come across the homeless seeking shelter in our lobby. Only one working heater in the unit with extremely inconsistent on/off controlled by building. We didn’t have heat for 3 days when it was 15 degrees out, and then had the heaters turned on full blast on a random 88 degree day in June. This building is INFESTED with cockroaches, mice, and bedbugs. Building regularly gets fines issued by the city for poor management of the exterior.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building, and have a super that doesn’t live on Long Island who will fix things when they break. Hire a REAL exterminator and have the entire building treated regularly until the problem stops.
