    Spacious but noisy and expensive

    It’s a pacious apartment
    Cons:
    The space does not have ventilation in the common areas. It’s right in front of the train tracks so the building shakes and is very very loud every 15mins when the train passes. My nervous system and sleeping cycles got really messed up by living in such a noisy apartment.
    The heating system is placed in the sealing, it made the heat rise and the floor stayed too cold. Heating wasn’t included and it was very expensive additional to rent! Packages were stolen all the time. Very gentrified building. The landlord is a big company who ended up hiring someone to harass us during the pandemic. Rent kept increasing.

    great patio if you’re in apartment G. High ceilings and cool layout. Relatively quiet.
    Cons:
    No real living room despite big common area. Low natural light in common area. Insane rat infestation when we were there in 2019 which was eventually remedied but not until we sent a million emails in all caps. Apt was unclean when we moved in.

    Clean between tenants

    Cons:
    The outside stairs are rusty, the outside is rarely maintained, very poor rain drainage. Thin walls!
