Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in a great location.
Cons:
The constant pests, the roaches, rats, bed bugs it too much. Every time someone gets their apartment renovated the critters run in the other apartments. The constant infestations are too much. Sometimes there’s no heat and hot water. The water comes out brown. The water has been tested and it’s extremely hard. The electricity goes out way too often.
Advice to owner:
If you took care of the building, renovated the apartments, and hired an actual landlord, maybe you wouldn’t have to go to court so much.
