Broken Canopy, but nice inside

Pros:
Wash/dry, spacious, and newly renovated
Cons:
Heating isn’t retained, some plugs have electrical issues, leaking roof, paint peeling, potential mold growth in walls, hearing the rats scurrying through the walls
