    Close to subway station and Prospect Park. Lots of space.
    Cons:
    Roaches. Old fixtures and poorly maintained building.

    beautiful building in great location that could use some work

    Very large apartments with tons of light and storage space. Great location, near Prospect Park, subway stations and lots of grocery stores, bars and resturaunts
    Cons:
    Not very clean, management is unresponsive, could use some renovations, packages get stolen a lot
