Not great but the rent is cheap

Pros:
The apartments are spacious and affordable.
Cons:
The roaches, the mice, the ceiling leaks, the loud neighbors and the lack of response from the management company. Also sometimes there’s no hot water or heat when it’s freezing outside.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your buildings. People shouldn’t have to live like this.
