854 Rogers LLC UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT

Pros:
It’s clean on the inside. The unit is nice & clean
Cons:
We had a drainage problem with the sink and couldn’t use it. We tried contacting management for over a month month, no response. We couldn’t cook and had to buy food out almost everyday. We had to use disposable plates, cups & utensils. We had to wash our dishes in the bathroom. I had to pour water out the sink from a bucket to dump in the bathroom. They never replied to our emails, phone lines got no operator & all the extensions I tried were no response either. Stay away.
Advice to owner:
Don’t just collect money from your tenants & think you don’t have any responsibilities towards them
