Pros:
The staff here is incredible, they're always kind and go above and beyond, always smiling and quick to fix issues. The neighbors are kind and courteous. Love the location.
Cons:
the laundry room needs a serious update and is gross.

The staff of the building (doormen, super, porter) are all so nice and caring.
Cons:
The laundry room is gross, the landlord is not very responsive.
