I was sad to move
Former Tenant
Pros:
- laundry in building
-awesome neighbors
- great light
- big space
- hardwood floors
- rent stabilized
- the super and his family are great
Cons:
- poorly maintained laundry room
- steps to the elevator makes a building that could easily be accessible, inaccessible
- no roof access
- roach problem
- unresponsive management
Advice to owner:
Find a better management team and give the super a raise he is great and really made up for the short comings of management.
