Spacious apartments but lots of little building and management issues.

Pros:
Spacious apartments for average Brooklyn current availability.
Cons:
Not even washing machines. Rarely all working at the same time, including card funding machine. Repairs take a long time to get addressed. Stolen packages on a regular basis.
Advice to owner:
Super needs more support. Make package lockers accessible for post office
