Pros:
Management does not respond, cannot contact. Super is helpful.
Cons:
There is not great water pressure, things are slow to get fixed. Sometimes cockroaches are visible. Packages get stolen.

Cheap new construction, loud street noise, lost packages, bad electrical wiring, rat problems
Advice to owner:
Hire better contractors when remodeling apartment units. The newly remodeled units are cramped and poorly wired
