Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 356 St Johns Place highlight its great location, affordable rent, and spacious units with good water pressure. Residents appreciate helpful superintendents and generally quiet buildings with solid walls reducing noise from neighbors. However, many express dissatisfaction with slow or unresponsive management and landlords, resulting in delayed repairs and persistent pest issues like cockroaches and rats. Some units show signs of aging or poor-quality renovations with electrical problems. Package theft and mixed tenant community atmosphere are also noted concerns. Overall, while the building offers attractive pricing and location benefits, management responsiveness and building maintenance need significant improvement to enhance resident experience.
