Pros:
- Amazing location - Generally clean enough in the lobby/common areas - Big apartments for the price/neighborhood - Washers/dryers are kept in good condition - Neighbors are kind and helpful - Elevator
Cons:
- Super isn't always very responsive - Cockroaches! There will be cockroaches. Thankfully no bigger pests. - Basement is grimy and unpleasant to be in - makes doing laundry a real chore. - Neighbors will smoke and the smoke will seep into your apartment. They're allowed to do that - this is not a non-smoking building. - Loud in street-facing apartments with the window open - Radiators are ancient, loud, and sort of sketchy - Old, slow elevator! Could get annoying if you live on the sixth floor - Front door system is sometimes out of service for extended periods of time, and super can't provide extra front door keys

Pros:
Great location and people who live here seem to stay a long time.
Cons:
The super does not respond to texts, even about urgent situations, and even after being followed up with multiple times. You have to contact building management to get anything done and they similarly don't have much urgency.
