Not so stellar Stuyvesant

Pros:
Convenience to subway
Cons:
The landlord will not make doing the right thing, such as calling ConEd on the several occasions you will smell natural gas, easy. In fact, you may even be blamed for the shortcomings of the building or your roommates. Sound from above and below are likely, little will be done to resolve the issue regardless of how much it interferes with your quality of living in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Be a more communicative, direct, open and honest landlord
