Good building, has its quirks

Pros:
Friendly supers, good neighbors in the building, great location
Cons:
Old building so there are all sorts of bugs, a lot of students live here so it sometimes feels like a dorm building. Management can be hard to get ahold of sometimes.

Cons:
- crazy bugs in basement
- one laundry unit that’s essentially in an infested closet
Advice to owner:
Invest in pest control please, and more laundry machines. Close the creepy sewer hole.
