Good but not great

Pros:
1. Clean hallways
2. Responsive management for maintenance tickets
3. No pests inside
4. Pet friendly
5. washer/dryer in units
Cons:
1. Back of the building gets very cold due to no sunlight
2. rats in front the building
3. A lot litter in front of the building
Advice to owner:
Please address the litter in front of the building.
