Good staff, great location

Pros

Maintenance requests addressed quickly, and without extra fees. Front desk staff is nice. There's a package room. Near the subway, neighborhood is clean and has lots of shops and restaurants

Cons

Doesn't have the amenities of other new development buildings. There's construction around the corner. Not super loud, but you can hear it. Luckily only during the day

Great building, noisy on the street

Pros

The staff are amazing and the building is always clean. You cannot hear anything from neighboring units. Can hear some hallway noise but nothing crazy.

Cons

If you live facing court street, the traffic is extremely loud.
