Landlord was pretty absent when I lived there, lots of internal building issues that just got bandaged

Not the worse but not the best

Pros:
The Space is awesome. Very difficult to find this type of space in NYC especially in Brooklyn. Location is great near a lot of shops and train and buses.
Cons:
Great space just horrible pest control. We all know we live in NYC and there’s always going to be a pest issue here and there. But were talking every two months there’s a mouse issue and in the garbage a rat. The buildings next door are truly the problem but that means you have to be even more diligent with the pest.
Advice to owner:
Fix the infrastructure. Get metal garbage bins. Change the handymen you use they are good guys but this is obviously to much for them. Pest control is everything for this building but the infrastructure has to be taken care of first.
