    Great building with great amenities

    Pros:
    Really great building (clean, quiet, friendly, airy) and great amenities. Highly recommend!
    Cons:
    Water pressure is really weak but otherwise, this building is perfect

    So much outdoor space! Friendly neighbors.
    Cons:
    Far from the subway I need although C is 3 blocks away.
