Some good, some bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great community of neighbors Love the common spaces Great light Large outdoor space is a rarity and very much appreciated Porters are hard-working and very helpful Pool is lovely but it’s only open at random times
Cons:
Quality of front desk staff has gone way downhill. Unresponsive management Packages and mail goes missing regularly Lots of issues (personally and among neighbors) with water. Black/brown water pours from the faucets and it’s been an issue for years Common spaces can be great for those with kids, but for couples or single people I imagine it’s a nightmare. Lots of babies and kids at all times. Lots of noise and mess. Parking area is a great perk but there have been lots of issues with stolen property. The garage door breaks frequently. Elevators are very unreliable and break often.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to emails! Please hire front desk staff who are kind and pay them well. Please figure out what is happening with the missing packages, it’s happening far too often to be coincidental.
