    They can be responsive at times
    Cons:
    They have not fixed certain things like the front door lock to the entrance for quite a while

    Nice building with good neighbors. Great location.
    Cons:
    Management kept security deposit with zero documentation or reason given.

    Loud garage/parking lot in back

    Central air/heating Elevator is a plus
    Cons:
    A few mouse sightings. Took 3 months to receive our security deposits once we vacated. Very loud car garage. Garbage area is constantly overfilled.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up garbage area more frequently
