Cleaning staff always around cleaning the building, 24/7 doorman . Parking garage
Cons:
Management charged me $1500 transfer fee to switch units

- Responsive maintenance in building - Nice front desk people - Bike room - Nice apartments - Elevators - Good location
Cons:
- Door slamming from the stairwell (spring loaded doors) was loud in my apartment
