Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 25 Montrose Avenue highlight appealing amenities like the rooftop, gym, elevator, and well-maintained common areas. Tenants appreciate generally quiet neighbors and decent cleanliness. However, concerns include inconsistent heating and poor window insulation causing cold apartments and condensation issues. Some repairs, such as plumbing fixes, have been subpar initially but later addressed. Garbage management varies, and occasional noise and package theft have been reported. Owner responsiveness is mixed, with some tenants finding management timely while others experience unresponsiveness. Improvements in HVAC, better maintenance quality, and more consistent management communication would enhance resident satisfaction.

3rd floor unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was alright, fairly responsive
Cons:
We had a leaky sink and they used cheap materials to fix it so immediately leaked again. It was fixed the second time around but still annoying.
